In my sorrow,
In this troubled season.
Help me.
Lord, heal me
From this open wound.
Wash me, cleanse my heart,
Make me whole again.
Lord, be alive in me.
Replace this old life
With a brand new love,
With a brand new peace.
Lord, teach me
To walk, to stay strong;
To stand in Your way
When the light is dim.
Lord, show me
How to find stillness in You.
Though my world may fall,
I know that You’re faithful.
Lord, lift me up.
Take this burdens off
My shoulders,
And take me away.
